I've not had a great deal of time lately, plus my blog issues have been getting me down! I decided to start a new blog, but then seemed to manage to muddle through and sort out my old blog so decided to stay with it. I've completed a few more art journal pages. The one above uses Dylusions spray and paint, along with stencils and sequin waste for the background. Words are from one of the Dylusions stamp sets. The theme, 'I am an Artist' was given by the amazing Dyan Reavely for the 'Art Journaling for Women' group, so I thought I'd have a go at it.
The second page was made using Jo Sonja acrylics, overstamped in black. The Heart was made with gauze stuck onto card, painted then stamped.
This final page was started on a class at Art from the Heart (way back in March) taught by the very talented Kate Crane. I've only just managed to get the time to finish it. Words are from one of Dyans stamp sets. I'm not too sure if I will 'get into' Art Journalling..................only time will tell.
BUNGALOW UPDATE
It's a year as now since we moved into the bungalow and we are ALMOST finished, well inside anyway. I will post a few photo's in a week or two. Paul has a weeks holiday soon, so hopefully that should see it completed at last.
