Tags of Crafty Individuality 11 inspired by Tim Holtz

I love the way this heart turned out for tag 10, what 'a happy accident'.

I am going to try to recreate it and share it, but it will be in the New Year as priority must now be given to Josh's DDA which, due to trying to keep up with Tim's Tags has taken a back seat.
Tag 11 is above, the text showing in the background is CI-161. Texture on the tree is Ranger Crackle paint. I created the snowflakes with a stencil made with a punch, then stippled through it with an acrylic dabber. This resisted the disress inks. The sentiment is from CI-282. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating these tags. I know they are nothing at all like the amazing tags Tim Holtz creates, but as he says, 'it is not the destination, but the journey'. Special thanks go to Jean and Malcolm of CRAFTY INDIVIDUALS for the amazing stamps......I just love them!!!!!!

The tags you make are so beautiful...they are delicate and softly coloured and just gorgeous....as always. (I like the idea of the tag being horizontal. I love it when the rules are broken...well there are no rules really!!)
Have a wonderful week!

I love your tags, Sue. It's so refreshing to see another take on them, I'm getting quite bored with all the look-a-likes!

The heart on tag 10 is stunning and I'm looking forward to seeing your instructions - if you manage to recreate it.:)

Beautiful tag and heart. Can't wait to find out how that was made but happy to wait until the New Year. I've enjoyed seeing your take on Tim's tags. They've all been so creative and so 'you'.

Sue, both these are absolutely stunning. I think they are just as good, as T!m's, just a different style. Can't wait to see how you did the heart. xx

Sue that heart looks amazing, I would love to see you recreate it but good idea to concentrate on Josh's album. Mine is pretty much up to date but it is getting so thick as I am doing JYC and DD, I am going to need some seriously huge book rings.
Have you brought a special album for the tags or do you store them some other way, would love to know. I am thinking of doing a small tag/ATC a week next year and wondering how to store them.

Ain't it grand being Grandma?? Although at the moment - for some inexplicable reason Jack calls me 'noonoo' ???!!!*** It might stick - I don't mind - it's a name of my own lol!
Enjoy your blog break - I think it's necessary from time to time.
