Workshop Creations

Well what do you know????? After about 7 months of absence I have added to my blog. I haven't a clue about computers, and after a great deal of confusion, headaches, emails, print outs, directions, help from Tracey, Helena and Ash,(Faye's boyfriend), I have managed to get some photos added. I just need to have a go myself a few times and it will be easy. (Yeah, whatever)!!!!!

Anyway, the lovely samples were created yesterday in the Serendipity Frame workshop held at Paper Paradise. Kate, Betty, Jane, Deb Deb, Pippa, Hazel, Jenny and Thelma all had great fun in turning a basic MDF frame into individual works of art. It's great to be able to let everyone see what we do in our classes, and also for the people who took part to have their lovely work on show for all to see.

The following photo is a glimpse of 'The LOVE book'. This plain grey board book was transformed by covering the pages with gorgeous vintage papers by Kay and Co. It was further embellished with stamping, chip board flourishes, magenta tiles, self adhesive pearls, slide mouts and lots of other 'craft goodies' from the shop. This book has caused loads of interest and will be used for some classes in the future.
